Your main task would be:
- Managing PCA production related processes, equipments, documentation and facility services in HHCZ
- Develop PCA Production Engineering (PCA PE) Section
- Responsible for Engineering Change (EC) process in PCA Production. Personally responsible for on time and correct implementation of ECs.
- Manages PCA PE related costs. Propose yearly budget for PCA PE section in sync with forecasted production.
- Continuously monitors PCA Production costs and keep costs aligned with budget
- Main communication channel between PCA PE Section and other departments, sections.
- Responsible for Line layout and material flow.
- Facilitate improvement actions (5S, Kaizen, etc.)
- Responsible for ISO system setup and maintenance in PCA PE section.

požadujeme

- Engineering degree in field of Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in Electronic manufacturing, preferred Process Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience as Department Manager or similar role.
- Familiar with Lean manufacturing concept
- Advanced English knowledge written/spoken
- Driving License
- Readiness for traveling
