We are looking for an Order Management for our client - a supplier of Internet connections, files, printers, digital music, videos, photos and gaming over a wired or wireless network

Work description:

- Ensure the timely and accurate entry of customer purchase orders for Retail and Distribution Customers into Order Management database
- Work closely with Sales department and customers to correct any errors that may arise
- Maintain close watch of inventory levels, ensuring that purchase orders are filled in a timely manner
- Provide order status to Sales and customers to ensure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction
- Work in Oracle database to manage inventory movements
- Monitor shipment status and discrepancies, working with customer to provide timely solutions

požadujeme

Qualifications:

- College degree in Business or related work experience is required.
- Knowledge of ERP, Order Management or Inventory Management software is a plus.
- Candidate will have demonstrated broad business experience with assignments in a number of functional positions within the Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service area.
- 1-3 years working experience is required.
