We are looking for an Operations support representative for our client - a company providing Internet connections

Job function:

- providing support to our external Service Provider
- solve complaints / help with requests from customers as well as from internal employees and resolve them in the most efficient and customer focused way possible.
- identifies gaps and areas for improvement
- handles escalated issues in the absence of Manager
- is logged on to an escalation telephone number / escalation email address which is used by internal representatives
- direct contact with customers, employees and management.
- daily escalations and problem solving, ranging from dealing with external customers and partners to assisting others with escalations.

požadujeme

Skills and experience required:

- Excellent phone skills, written and verbal communication skills.
- Typically requires SŠ/VŠ level or equivalent - 1-3 years logistics / order entry / customer service experience.
- Excellent English
