Responsibilities and mandate:
Prevention:
All Q actions from the start of a new product development in respect of both product and processes. Cooperation with project organizations and customers across different locations.

Operative
All quality actions from start-up of series deliveries to a customer. This includes product quality surveillance, support for the production department / plant organization in quality-relevant questions, identification of internal problems for products and processes and their remedy together with the specialist departments. Contact partner to customers and Central Quality Management in the event of quality problems and complaints.

Methods and QM management
Further development and updating of the existing QM system, organization and execution of internal system and process audits as well as customer audits and certifications. Plant quality reporting and reporting to Central Quality Management. Internal training sessions relating to Q methods in all the plant divisions.
Supplier quality assurance
Execution of technical receiving inspections and reduction of technical complaints, improvement of supply quality in cooperation with the Purchasing Department, process audits on suppliers' premises.
(Supplier development falls within the responsibility of Purchasing)

Authority:
Authorized by the plant management to determine the root cause of non-conforming processes and products, to prevent the further manufacture and utilization of such products / to select already manufactured products.

Reporting level:
In disciplinary matters reports to the Plant Top Management
In technical matters reports to the Vice President Quality Management

Cooperation in the centrally controlled "Quality Council"
Formulation of processes or procedures within a multinational working group of Quality Managers with the aim of installing standardized processes throughout the entire company.
Execution of system audits in other AL plants.

Implementation of quality and cost objectives in the plants
Provider of creative impetus towards the achievement of the above objectives.

požadujeme

Requires:
- graduate in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or equivalent with several years of experience (> 5 years) in the automotive industry (preferably from the field of quality management)
- advanced knowledge of English and communicative French
Specialist technical knowledge/qualifications are mandatory in the following topics:
- Implementation of quality standards and customer requirements (ISOTS 16949, VDA 6 / QS9000,)
- Education in the execution of system and process audits
- Evaluation of process capability analyses and general statistical evaluation methods
- FMEA applications, pre-production procedures
- Problem solving methods
- TQM systems

Advantage is this specialist technical knowledge:

processing of plastics, injection moulding technology, mould making,
assembly and inspection technology
