Well established international company searches HR Services Manager for Europe region.

Your tasks:
- To project manage the Global View HRIS implementation in CR, Romania, Spain & Ireland
- To act as the regional representative on the global aspects of the overall project
- To oversee regional compensation and recognition practice, and develop and implement improvements to these
- To investigate areas for consolidation of HR Service activities into a regional service centre
- To be responsible for SOx and other HR compliance issues such as Electronic Industry Code of Conduct
- To act as the regional lead for global compensation initiatives
- To be the regional prime for other servies initiatives
- To support the HR Business Partner team in the provison of a comprehensive HR service to the business and it's employees
- To co-ordinate cross border assignments, contracts and support

požadujeme

- University degree
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Project Manaement skills
- Cross border experience
- Experience in managing a team of people
- Experience in compensation design and analysis
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region, and occasionally outside the region

Starting date and salary: negotiable
