You provide verbal and written 1st line technical support to international customers in local language and English
- monitors queues to respond to incorrectly routed or unassigned customer requests
- monitors translation queues to make sure translations occur in a timely manner
- responds quickly to customer requests for escalations by contacting the owning engineer and the owning engineer's manager
- reports to a regional Team Lead and EMEA Manager

požadujeme |
- Proven experience in the area of customer service or technical support (help desk, hotline, etc.) plus knowledge of any SWproducts (database, application or similar)
- An advantage would be experience in an application SW environment working with Oracle Applications and/or Oracle Server Technologies
- Excellent verbal and written skills in local language (Czech/Slovakian), as well as English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to address issues among multiple parties within the organization
- Personal drive
