Náplň práce:
Junior Brand Manager manages a given brand or brands for Reckitt Benckiser s.r.o. He/she is directly responsible for the brand profit and loss statement as well as key brand strategies and executions. This person should be an energetic self starter who can work independently, yet follow general company guidelines and learnings. He/she must be result oriented and pursue his/her goals with zeal and commitment. This person should be creative as well as analytical with excellent planning skills. He must create a vision for his brand and plan the necessary next steps to get there. He must have a strong set of business skills (particularly communication skills) and good understanding of market economies, business management, and consumer marketing fundamentals. Clearly, he must be a team player who can successful lead other functions and guide management. And of course, he must project professionalism and deliver high quality results as well as conform to the highest degree of ethical behavior.

požadujeme

Finished University Degree (preferably in a commercial discipline) or student in the last semester. Short experience (6 to 12 months) in FMCG marketing. High level of written and verbal skills in English and Czech/Slovak. Good analytical, organizational and communication skills. Result oriented person. Team player.
