Since 1895 Swarovski is the world's leading brand for cut crystal. Designer and manufacturers in fashion, jewellery and lighting, as well as end consumers, appreciate the innovative design and the technical perfection of the products.

Swarovski is now looking for a Boutique Manager in Prague.

Your fields of responsibility include:
Manage Boutique, team and individual performances by developing and communicating qualitative and quantitative objectives

Lead the team by example and takes full responsibility for them and their performance

Spend time on the shop floor and supervises the team but selling is not the main focus of the position

Develop in cooperation with line manager business plan for each calendar year, including turnover development, Boutique events, promotions, trainings etc. and ensures its realisation by organising and planning respective resources timely and professionally

Analyze, plan, order and maintains the product assortment and stock levels within head office standards resp. advises management accordingly

Recruit, manage, develop and maintain a professional team in line with local HR procedures

Conduct a qualitative annual performance appraisal (Dialogue) with each member of staff according to HR guidelines.

Management experienced:
Performance management and coaching of staff members; Business planning, organising, controlling and analysing

Team orientated; builds and motivates team
Consumer Service orientated
Retail experienced
Convincing and motivating personality
Abilitiy to work under pressure
Selling is not the main focus of the position
Language skills:
Czech excellent in understanding, speech and writing
English very good in understanding speech and writing (Russian would be a great added value)
Professional manner when interacting and consulting with people from different cultural backgrounds; international experience and a multicultural background is a huge plus
