Major Responsibilities

- Provide IT training
- Create and maintain relevant training documentation
- Coach staff to ensure they obtain maximum benefit from using IT systems
- Deliver customised IT training to partners
- Extensive travel

požadujeme

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- Training qualifications
- 4+ years in a professional IT training or a coaching/mentoring role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 and/or 2003
- Experience of Windows 2000 and Windows XP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English language and at least one of the following
(Bulgarian,Czech,Hungarian,Polish,Romanian,Russian)
- Experience of developing new courses within an existing framework and of adapting and delivering existing courses to the local audience
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to evaluate different situations and to act effectively and in a timely manner
- Ability to gain credibility quickly with users and deal effectively with people of all levels
- Patience
