Dutch speaking Delivery Support Assistant - the main interface between external Fuels Marketing Retail and Industry & Wholesale customers.

The main responsibility includes maintenance of data quality and promotional activities for customers.

Other responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and placing I&W fuel orders
- Answering customer questions and delivery issues,
- Coordination between supply and logistical planners,
- Promoting our online ordering management system and coaching customer on its use (reporting on the extent of use)
- Create and maintain customer data both in the online ordering system and our core database system - SAP
- Investigating, resolving, and reporting failed delivery issues and customer complaints.

požadujeme

- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent English and Dutch language skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize work tasks
- Ability to see and take initiatives regarding improving work processes.
- Knowledge of SAP, work experience with Dutch natives, and previous Customer Service experience are advantages but not requirements.
