International client looks for international Customer Service Centre focused on Aerospace Engineering specialist for Aftermarket Program Manager.
You will be responsible for growing the business through the sale of existing product and certification of new or existing products on new aircrafts.
Responsibilities will include:
- Program management and execution of processes and activities to support department short and long term plans around aftermarket development strategies such as demand forecast and management, component retrofit, modification and upgrades as well as third party advanced repair solutions.
- use of company program management processes to meet customer requirements and milestones for product development, documentation, hardware delivery and customer management while ensuring product profitability, delivery and quality performance.
- proactive coordination of daily customer support issues for the achievement of customer satisfaction goals while interacting with customers.

požadujeme |
- University degree in a related field (Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business)
- Experience and knowledge of the Aerospace products and aftermarket industry is preferred
- Strong English communications skills written and spoken).
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated capability in program/project management.
- Strong analytical skills while being results focused.
PC skills - proficient in use of MS Office applications.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and team, influencing others while consistently delivering on all commitments.
- Skill set in all aspects of Program Management including scheduling, cost management, change control, concepts of balance of time, scope and resources, work breakdown structures and contracts, estimation methods, critical path analysis, and earned value techniques.
- Skills in process mapping and failure mode analysis.
- understanding of supply chain management techniques beneficial.
- demonstrated problem solving and continuous improvement skills utilizing formal methodologies (ie. use of or certification in Six Sigma tools, lean management principles)
- Formal certification and training in Program Management techniques preferred.
