CUSTOMER CENTRE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

1) People Management
- selection of new employees
- setting the targets, team members coaching and motivation
- shift management

2) Service Management
- implement services and quality management
- responsibility for customer satisfaction
- manage critcial situations
- reporting

3) Cost Management

4) Compliance Management

požadujeme

Experience in customer care / satisfaction field
Team leading experience
Knowledge of a global company working enviroment and processes is a must
Fluency in English
General PC proficinecy (MS Office users knowledge)

Hardworking individual with active attitude and ability to work within a multicultural team
