Duties:
*Manage day to day operations in problem resolution
*Analyze the trends, provide reports
*Pro-active planning with shared services team to reduce repeated incidents
*Regularly review and improve the incident and problem management processes

požadujeme

The candidate should be/have:
Professional experience:
*Good orientation in IT on application and infrastructure level
*Experience with problem and incident management
*Ability to make fast reactive decisions and reprioritise the activities
* ITIL certification

Education:
*University degree
*Advanced English

*Broad experience of working in teams
*Experience of IT service level management and provision of service
