Our client is looking for candidates for the following positions:
* One Microsoft Dynamics NAV or AX engineer with good Czech/Slovak and English language knowledge.
Responsibilities:
* Support specialist is responsible for accepting, professional handling and closing or escalating support calls of client`s partners who implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics products: CRM, Navision or Axapta.
Daily tasks include:
* Accepting support call via phone or web
* Opening case for customer
* Polite and corteous handling of customer requests.
* Collection of diagnostic data: description of problem, diagnostic file collection using diagnostic tools, alternatively via live meeting to customer computer.
* Thorough technical investigation of the problem via analysis of diagnostic files, research of Knowledge Base, past cases with similar symptoms.
* Careful logging and documentation of the case progress
* Consulting difficult cases with tech lead or contacting wider audience of support engineers for help
* Escalating difficult cases to escalation engineer team if necessary
* Providing feedback, writing solution tips and tricks for other engineers
* Proactive visits at customer’s place |

* Good customer handling skills on the phone and in person.
* Candidate has to be polite, courteous, ready to go extra mile to help the customer.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft products: preferably at least one certification exam or good working knowledge of Windows Server + one other Microsoft server product (Sharepoint, SQL, Exchange etc.).
* Candidate has a proactive approach when researching possible causes of problems.
* Working knowledge of English.
* Candidate is expected to communicate with customers and other fellow engineers in English if necessary.
* Education in IT or related area is welcome.
* Min. 1 year of related experience
* Understanding of business processes in areas like finance, logistic, manufacturing.
* Knowledge of one Microsoft Dynamics product: Navision, Axapta or CRM. While Microsoft Dynamics product knowledge is not required, a candidate with working knowledge will be preferred.
* Knowledge of products: SAP, Siebel etc. is advantage.
* Coding skills: candidate should be able to read and understand (or even better: write) code in C/C++/C#. |
