* The Consultant is a strategic, senior sales role which provide deep business and industry knowledge to partners and customers. They assist partners sales resources in selling solutions on large and strategic opportunities.

* The Consultant has a primary sales objective and is a key contributor to our category and strategic emphasis products attach and sales growth. He/She is specialized on core & aplication infrastructure solutions and related product categories (such as SQL Server , Management, Security, Enterprise CALs and Windows Server).

* Grow the Business :
Own assigned large and strategic solution opportunities (selection based on opportunity type, opportunity revenue threshold, competition presence) to closure (20% to 100% in the sales cycle).
* Drive Partner and Customer Satisfaction :
Assist and educate partner in the sales engagement, Ensure End Customer Satisfaction.
Achieve success in closing business while ensuring customer and partner experience (CPE) and satisfaction.
* Compete for Customers and Partners

Support and orchestrate partner engagement in competitive opportunities; demonstrate Microsoft benefits over key competitors' offerings (leverage his/her knowledge of Microsoft based solutions portfolio).

požadujeme

* Bachelors degree, Master's degree will be a plus.
* Technological background
* Experience in sales
* Good presentation skills
* Excellent English language as well as Czech and outstanding communication skills are a must
* Ability to lead in a sales call situation and turn discussion into a win-win for company and the partner
* Highly focussed on delighting customers and partners, and sensitive to their issues/concerns
* Teamplayer
* Positive attitude, pro-activity and ability to work independently
