* As a Product manager in Information Worker Business Group (Office System products&solutions) you will be a member of a specialized team of worldwide product marketing professionals responsible for delivering the information worker value proposition around solutions built on MS Office System such as Enterprise Content Management, Unified Communications, Business Intelligence.

* You will be responsible for marketing of products and solutions based on Microsoft Office Enterprise edition and SharePoint Portal Server, Exchange Server, Office Communications Server, Forms server, Performance Point server, Project Server to Microsoft partners and Business Decision Makers in middle and large companies and enterprise accounts.
You will be working in Business Marketing Organization in Prague.

* Develop in-depth understanding of the Office System products and solutions and the value they bring in solving business problems
* Continuous developing and engaging with partners
* Leading specific customer campaigns, marketing activities, product launches, and competitive campaigns
* Handles customer escalations; and delivers product and market feedback
* Creates market impact by correctly sizing the industry landscape to identify compelling opportunities through rigorous data analysis of customers, trends, competitors, partners to drive business results and make wise investments

požadujeme

* Demonstrated very good software technical skills about IW products
* Strong, proven track record of solution selling, based on business value principles, focused on product marketing and selling solutions to middle and large customer segments
* Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with counterpart sales teams and key partners
* Is able to develop a long term plans for success marketing, readiness of products, while also being able to ensure successful execution of such product campaigns.
* Meaningful prior work experience at one of the following: IT Solution company, IT department at large company/organisation, Telco company
* Very good knowledge of English as well as Czech (both written and verbal)
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
