- Technical design of networks and solutions according to customer requirements utilising standards wherever feasible
- Implementation of special solutions and hand-over to operational departments
- Planning and implementation of network changes
- Generation of documentation and reports
- Problem solving for non-trivial issues
- Interfacing with operational departments
- Interfacing with bid-managers and technical consultants
- Interfacing with related engineering department
- Generic network-design and network implementation tasks

požadujeme

- At least 2 years experience in a related network design/network operations environment (required)
- Bachelor or higher degree in related field or comparable knowledge level (required)
- Vendor certification (desirable)
- Good knowledge of Cisco Routers
- Good understanding of Internet family of protocols with special emphasis on MPLS/BGP VPNs (rfc2547), BGP, OSPF etc.
- Recognised team-player
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Understanding of ATM, Frame-Relay, SDH/PDH, ISDN
- 'Can do' attitude
- Ability to work autonomously, to manage schedules and to meet deadlines
