For our client, Shared Services of an international company providing outsourcing services, we are looking for suitable candidates for Reporting Analyst/Trainer with knowledge of SAP.

Main respnsibilities:

- monitor Key Busines Indicators (BI) as Billing blocks, Delivery blocks, Inbound and Outbound calls, Service level,...
- prepare internal and external BI reports (for company management and for clients)
- implementation of projects and trainings related to customer service BI Reporting and Risk Analyses
- make functional adaptations to the reporting systems
- act as BI administrator

požadujeme

• Degree in Economics
• 2 years related experience
• Knowledge of SAP on a "key user" level
• Coaching/Teaching skills
• Knowledge of Customer Service processes
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Very good analytical and organizational skills
• Team player
