Our client, a multinational corporation specializing in heavy engineering and other indsutries, is now looking for Sales Manager to develop their activities in CEE region.


WORK LOCATION: HOME OFFICE

Your job tasks will be:
* Act as the primary interface between our customers and the business
* Support and advise existing customers, and regularly visit customers within the defined region, supported by a professional sales organisation for the EMEA region
* Identify and acquire new customers
* Work closely with existing distributors as well as reviewing and expanding our distribution network
* Build and maintain long term relationships with existing customers, distributors and customer advice & support
* Responsible for developing a sales strategy for a defined region, identifying new and existing sales opportunities

požadujeme

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
* Technical university degree (Engineering, Marine)
* Min. 3 years direct sales experience dealing with end users and distributors
* Proven track record in selling to end users in industry,
* 2-3 years experience working within the safety equipment industry (personal protection equipment preferred) within heavy industry environment (oil, petrochemical etc) preferred
* High level of negotiation skills on all levels
* Creative and result driven
* Fluent English and Czech, other easteuropean language is a huge advantage
* Willigness to travel frequently
