For our client, an international real estate development company, we are currently looking for a highly experienced candidate for the position of:

ASSET MANAGER of commercial properties

Your direct responsibilities will be:
* Managing selected portfolio of commercial properties on a top position, including budgets and timings
* Reviewing all property activities, income expenses, earn outs etc...
* Property valuations and financial projections
* Leading and coordinating of technical management team
* Communication and negotiation with clients
* Selection, hiring, and supervision of external subcontractors
* Performing personal inspections when needed
* Reporting directly to company headboard

požadujeme

- University degree, technical or economical background
- 3+ years of experience on a similar position
- Experience in asset management or property management in real estate
- Knowledge of other development types (offices, logistics, retail...) is a plus
- Proven ability to validate valuations & projections
- Ability to prepare & implement business plans for each asset
- Ability to evaluate/coordinate/approve earn outs
- Leadership & project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication, Skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure & meet deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of spoken and written English on advanced level
