We are looking for a Manager for a multinational company which has its Shared Service Center settled here in Prague since a couple of years ago. It is a growing company with a growing and motivated team. For their Finance team they are looping for a manager who will be responsible for:

- managing around 40 people
- manage the requirements for service and quality
- ensuring internal and external client satisfaction by communicating and meeting their needs
- being the escalation point for internal clients
- coordinate with the director and other managers to set and execute the strategies
- build up a strong team spirit and develop all individuals making part of it in order to achieve fully their personal potential.

požadujeme

- Fluent in English and Dutch and (or) French in speaking, reading and writing
- university degree in economics, Business and related field
- 2-3 years managing a team of at least 30 people
- Relevant experience in accountancy
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project, etc)
- Experience in a multi-national environment
- Experience in a Shared Service Center is a plus
- Experience with SAP financial module
