Newly established Financial Shared Service Centre is seeking dynamic professionals to build a new support team in Prague. We are looking for suitable candidates to fill the vacancies of AP/TE MANAGER.

Role summary:
Suitable candidate will be responsible for leading the AP/TE function in the SSC, managing a team who will provide Scanning, Processing, Payment and Supplier Master File maintenance services to countries in addition to booking and payment of Travel and Expenses across Europe. In addition to be responsible for the successful implementation of new AP systems that will provide a more customer focused service to clients.

požadujeme

- A strong Change Manager with a Customer Service orientation.
- Experience of running an AP system in a SSC
- Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) / US GAAP and tax laws working knowledge is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Leadership skills to drive a team in a change environment
- Good knowledge of complex financial systems

Start: immediately
Salary range: 65 - 90 000 CZK
Location: Prague 9
